DFT Database for RNA Catalysis
In collaboration with the Centre for Molecular and Biomolecular
Informatics, this database has an interface with MOLDEN,
a graphical program for analysis, visualization and animation of
electronic structure properties of molecules and chemical reactions.
The DFT Database for RNA Catalysis uses MOLDEN as a viewer for chemical MIME types. To make full use of the database, you need to download MOLDEN and set up your WEB browser to use MOLDEN to view the database files. Here is how:
The DFT Database for RNA Catalysis uses MOLDEN as a viewer for chemical MIME types. To make full use of the database, you need to download MOLDEN and set up your WEB browser to use MOLDEN to view the database files. Here is how:
- Step 1: Download and install MOLDEN on the machine that is running your WEB Browser
- Step 2: In Mozilla's Preferences->navigator-> helper applications, click 'new type...' and add the following information:
description of type: molden
file extension: mld
MIME type: application/molden
application to use: click 'choose...' and fill in the location of MOLDEN on your machine
- Step 3: Once you have done this, you have successfully assigned mime types to file types, and you can view the reaction pathes in the database search page.
